Walk up to Parliament Hill in Hampstead Heath and watch London. A clear and sunny day and you will see a lot. The closest tube stations are Hampstead or Belsize Park. Hampstead Heath is 320 hectares of common land or a wilder kind of big London park. You find woods, parkland, ponds and big fields.
The Heath stretches from Highgate in the east to Hampstead in the west and the view from Parliament Hill is protected by law.
